That’s why I created my Life Boost programs. I help you find the missing pieces in your life that are preventing you from feeling whole. Then I help you put them back together to create the life you truly want.
When something feels off, it’s because there’s a disconnect between the truest version of you and the way you’re showing up in this world.
There’s a part of you – body, mind, or heart – that has been ignored.
It may be more than one.
In order to feel alive and fulfilled in life, you have to listen to all three as a whole.
If you do what’s normal in our society, it’s virtually inevitable you’ll experience this disconnect. I followed all the rules, and it led me straight to burn out - physically and mentally.
I was working SO hard to be good and successful, and yet I felt miserable and exhausted. On the outside, I had a smile on my face, but on the inside it was a very different story.
I wish I realized this a long time ago:
Your body’s one mission in life is to keep you safe so you can survive. It is the only thing in this world that is 100% devoted to protecting you.
When you don’t feel good - physically or mentally - your body, mind, or heart is trying to tell you something. The norm in our society is to ignore or numb those signs through comfort food, screens, alcohol, pills, or staying busy with to-do lists.
The parts of you that you’ve been judging, and hiding are actually your greatest gifts.
Those are the hints and clues about what is missing in your life – the missing puzzle pieces.
The “bad” habits, resentment, anger, suppressed impulses – all of those are your body trying to tell you what it needs and what’s missing. You’ve been taught to hide and suppress those things, when in reality you need to listen and get curious.
You can’t finish a puzzle if you ignore some of the pieces.
I help you find the puzzle pieces so you can put them together one step at a time. Right now those missing puzzle pieces are available to you, you just need to know where to look for them.

What ideas/concepts have been the biggest game changers for you?
"Not focusing on calories, or the number on the scale — focusing on nourishing foods, plants, listening to my body, giving myself compassion and love and grace, and not letting my inner critic run the show. Also, setting boundaries, both with myself, and in my work environment."
"Curiosity instead of judgement and being kind to myself. Have a food that doesn’t make me feel good doesn’t make me “bad”, but I should pay attention to how it makes my body and mind feel after. Eating well when I have control over a situation and not freaking out if I stray a little from the most energizing foods when I’m with other people."
