9) Scope of Services; Important Disclaimers

Our work is educational and supportive in nature. Unless stated otherwise in writing, we do not provide medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial, or clinical veterinary services within our coaching/programs/courses.

A. Coaching, Hypnosis, and Energy Work (Reiki).
Coaching, guided hypnosis, Reiki, and other mind-body practices are complementary wellness tools intended for relaxation, stress management, habit change, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed professional care. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. All practices are optional. Participate only in what feels safe and comfortable; you may stop at any time. Results vary. No guarantees are made or implied.

B. Integrative Nutrition & Lifestyle Education.
Any nutrition or lifestyle suggestions are general education, not individualized medical nutrition therapy. Consult your licensed healthcare provider for personal medical advice.

C. Organizational Consulting (including Veterinary Settings).
From time to time, the Company may provide non-clinical organizational consulting to businesses (e.g., veterinary hospitals) regarding culture, communication, leadership, processes, and team well-being. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we are not providing veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment within these consulting engagements, and such consulting is not the practice of veterinary medicine.

The client organization remains solely responsible for clinical decisions, regulatory compliance, and implementation of any recommendations. The organization should review proposed changes with its licensed veterinarian(s) and professional advisors. No financial outcomes are guaranteed, and the Company is not liable for business decisions, financial results, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from implementation or non-implementation of recommendations.

D. Crisis Situations.
Our offerings are not appropriate for individuals in acute crisis (e.g., active self-harm or suicidal intent). If you are in crisis, seek immediate professional help or contact local emergency services.

E. Mental Health Considerations.
If you have a diagnosed mental health condition or are under the care of a licensed mental health provider, you are encouraged to consult your provider before enrolling or implementing changes suggested in our offerings. The Company may, at its discretion, request written clearance from your treating provider to ensure our programs are appropriate for you. Participation does not create a therapeutic or medical relationship.
