It may be that right now the job drains all the energy you have so that you’re completely exhausted by the end of the day, but it also may be that there are little changes that would have a huge impact on your energy without the stress of changing jobs. You may feel so frustrated with yourself and think, “What’s wrong with me? I want these changes and to feel better in my body, why can’t I just stick with this?”.
