In this free training, you'll discover:

▸ The hidden driver behind many of the challenges veterinary teams are facing today — and how to stop feeling like you're playing a game of whack-a-mole.

▸ A simple leadership framework that helps you move from constant firefighting to strategic, aligned decisions that address problems at their root.

▸ How to create a culture where team members bring ideas and solutions instead of frustration and complaints.

▸ How to turn everyday stressors into opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen communication, rethink outdated approaches, and better support both teams and clients.

The two essential ingredients thriving veterinary practices have in common — and an easy-to-implement approach that addresses both at the same time

I know you care deeply about your team and patients.

But sometimes it’s exhausting feeling like there's always another fire to put out.

A team member is frustrated.
A pet owner's upset.
The cost of veterinary care is rising.
Patient numbers are down.

And there’s never quite enough time to pause and think strategically about the bigger picture.

Many leaders assume these challenges are just part of veterinary medicine.

But there’s one thing all of those challenges have in common — and it’s something most leadership conversations in our profession haven’t addressed yet.

That’s exactly what we’ll address in this webinar.

Imagine a veterinary practice where...

✨ Employees bring ideas and solutions instead of frustration and complaints.

✨ Leaders have space in their schedules and trust their team enough to pause (the real power move) and think strategically instead of constantly reacting and feeling overextended.

✨ Clients love and recommend your practice to their community and trust your recommendations instead of turning to Google.

✨ Communication is clear and collaborative among team members and with pet owners to create a "we're in this together" dynamic instead of "us vs them".

✨ Team members feel valued, respected, and energized by their work so that retention is high and you're not always spending time and energy hiring or training new staff.

✨ You recognize early warning signs of burnout long before they turn into unexpected resignations or crises

✨ You're growing sustainably and profitably — even during a recession

This is what becomes possible when practices learn to recognize and address the hidden drivers of stress and overwhelm.

What makes this leadership training different

This training introduces a practical framework that helps veterinary teams understand what’s actually driving stress, miscommunication, and overwhelm — so challenges can be addressed at their root instead of repeatedly resurfacing in different forms.

Instead of simply listening to a talk and returning to business as usual, you'll also:

Leave with one clear action step to apply that week so you can immediately start putting what you learned into practice

Be invited to a live follow-up session one week later to ask questions, have support trouble-shooting, and to share ideas so you have accountability maintaining positive momentum alongside other veterinary leaders who are motivated to elevate the profession together

Collect data on the efficacy of this approach with a free workplace satisfaction and well-being survey & report so that you can establish a baseline and monitor changes over time — so you can focus your efforts where they’ll have the greatest positive impact

Veterinary medicine is at an inflection point.

With the current recession, rapidly evolving technology, and high burnout rates, we can't keep doing things the way we've always done them.

The practices that use the current challenges as an opportunity to think outside the box are the ones that will thrive and shape the future of the profession.

You'll learn how to use the profession's current challenges to your advantage in this webinar.

Meet Dr. Amelia Knight Pinkston

As a veterinarian, integrative health and life coach, and speaker, I help veterinary professionals and leaders stop pushing through on caffeine and adrenaline so that success feels good and sustainable.

I earned my VMD and VBMA from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014 and have a decade of clinical experience working across more than 30 veterinary practices in general practice, urgent care, and relief roles.

About five years into practice, I experienced burnout myself despite believing I was being proactive about preventing it. That experience sparked a deep curiosity about why veterinary medicine struggles with burnout even when we think we’re doing everything “right” — and how we can change that.

Since then, I’ve pursued extensive training in the mind–body connection, change work, nervous system regulation, and integrative health to better understand the root drivers behind stress, unhealthy habits, and burnout.

Six years ago, I founded my coaching business, Life Boost with Amelia, and my work now focuses on helping veterinary professionals and practice leaders identify early warning signs, address root causes, and create cultures and lives where well-being and performance can thrive together.

My work includes RACE-approved coaching programs, leadership tools, free well-being resources, and the evolving Unicorn Vet Hospital initiative, along with insights shared through my podcast, blog, and social platforms — all with the goal of helping veterinary medicine create a new norm where sustainable well-being is the standard.
