I earned my VMD and VBMA from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014, and have a decade of clinical experience working across more than 30 veterinary practices in general practice, urgent care, and relief roles.
About five years into practice, I burned out — despite believing I was being proactive about preventing it.
