For years, I looked like I was thriving on the outside —the calm, healthy, upbeat one living my childhood dream as a veterinarian, checking all the right boxes, and doing everything I’d been taught would lead to success and fulfillment.
But inside, my nervous system was stuck in survival mode.

What changed everything?
Realizing that I wasn’t the problem. And neither was my career.
