😔 ...of feeling like you should be more confident by now, yet it still feels like the people around you are operating at another level, no matter how hard you work or how good you look on paper
☕️ ...of feeling exhausted and overextended because you’re always over-preparing or working long hours trying to prove yourself
🫣...of the constant worry and anxiety feeling like this is the time you’re going to make a catastrophic mistake, under-perform, or say something embarrassing that will uncover that you’re not as smart as people think
🔹You have more time and energy left for you because you feel worthy of resting and having boundaries without having to "earn" it
🔹You can stop learning, planning, or over-preparing just to feel more ready — and instead actually do the thing (or recognize when you've done enough)
🔹People actually hear your brilliant ideas and perspectives because you start speaking up, sharing your opinions, and being seen — instead of playing it safe but feeling frustrated by things you know could be improved
🔹You can stop overanalyzing and worrying about what others think of you — because your sense of safety comes from within, not external approval

I'm very familiar with imposter syndrome.
I was the quiet one who rarely raised her hand.
The overextended high achiever who always felt like she needed to do more to live up to her impossibly high standards.
The veterinarian who looked great on paper but constantly felt less competent than the people around her.
I had big dreams — but they always lived one year… or five years… in the future.
Because I was waiting until I felt more ready.
For years, imposter thoughts drove me to over-prepare, over-extend, and keep myself small — all in an effort to avoid mistakes or disappointing people.
Eventually, that way of living led to burnout.
And I'm now grateful for it — it became a beautiful turning point.
Instead of trying to out-run fear or prove myself through constant busyness and doing more, I learned how to work with my brain and nervous system — so fear and anxiety no longer controlled me.
⭐️I stopped waiting to feel ready.
⭐️I started trusting myself to handle hard things.
⭐️And I went after the life and work I actually wanted — not by overextending and white knuckling, but by learning how to work with my body and brain.
Today, my work blends extensive training in neuroscience-based habit change, nervous system regulation, somatic work, unconscious programming, and years of integrative health and life coaching — along with my personal lived experience recovering from imposter syndrome and burnout.
In this masterclass, we'll address the root of imposter syndrome, so you can stop running from it and start feeling more confident while getting your time and energy back.
If you’ve ever felt capable of more, but held back by fear, anxiety, or self-doubt —
you’re in the right place.
