I learned the hard way that the way we’re taught to achieve health and success doesn’t work — at least not if you want it to be sustainable and feel good.
Five years into practice, I looked like I was living my dream. But underneath the surface, I was anxious, exhausted, battling abdominal pain, heartburn, and brain fog, and already counting down to retirement.

Even if you don’t have a question or topic you’d like to be coached on, I highly recommend listening to at least some of the recordings. There is actually a really powerful shift that happens when you listen to someone else being coached on a problem you can relate to. You'll see what I mean!
The day of the week and time varies each week depending on the people in the program. I do my best to accomodate a variety of schedules so that there's the option to join a call if you wish to.

At the start of each month, there will be a few new openings for new members. This is so that new members have any support needed while onboarding and so that the community can grow in a safe, intentional way. Once we determine if you're a good fit, I'll let you know if there is space for the upcoming month, and if not, when there will be availability.

Often clients say, "I want to go through that again!" after completing a course for the first time. That's available to you. 😊 The things that I teach in the courses are concepts and exercises I still use often myself! Each time you go through the courses, you'll get something new out of them depending on your season of life.
You'll get 6 months access to the community group and weekly group coaching calls with the option to renew at a discount if you would like to continue having that support and community after the first 6 months.
You’ll have weekly group coaching, community support in a forum where you can post questions or receive coaching individually from me, and feedback from the worksheets and monthly survey that you submit throughout the program so that I can make sure you're getting the most out of the program.
During group coaching calls, people will be coached one at a time. You can come to the call with a question or challenge you’re facing and you’ll receive 1-on-1 coaching so that you have clarity on how to move forward in a way that feels good. It's not guaranteed that everyone who has a question will be coached each time, but any question asked in the community forum will be answered.
Coaching is a powerful supplement and not a substitute for working with a licensed therapist (I highly recommend finding one that is trauma informed!). If you have been diagnosed with a mental health condition, then I require a referral from your therapist or doctor before getting started. Please have it emailed to amelia@lifeboost.today.
The thing I love most about being a coach is that I'm not here to diagnose, treat, or to put a label on you. I am here to look at you as a whole - body, mind, and heart, and to help you to get curious about and understand why you feel or do the things you do and what you need to feel your best.
Mental and physical health are not separate. Our society is quick to put labels on and pathologize behaviors, but as you'll find in this program when you look at things from a nervous system and mind body perspective you start to uncover the root of why you do the things you do or feel the way you feel, and you're able to connect with what your unique brain and body have been trying to tell you.
I often have clients tell me that we quickly uncover insights, clarity, and shifts that they didn't achieve after years of therapy. Coaching is just different - I love it!
Yes, there is an option to schedule an individual 70 minute 1-on-1 session for $200 during the 6 month program up to once a month - as schedule availability allows.
Periodically, a VIP option becomes available if you are looking for in-depth individual support. This includes 6 months access to everything included in the mentorship program in addition to 16 1-on-1 coaching sessions (weekly for the first 2 months and then biweekly the last 4) and unlimited text and email support. Please let me know when you join the wait list if you are interested in this.
The first step is to join the waitlist and then to fill out the questionnaire I send you to make sure this is a good fit.
If it's a good fit, I'll let you know when the next available start date is (new spots open up at the start of each month). To get started, you just need yourself, a desire to create positive change in your life, and a willingness to try new things and to let go of old beliefs and habits that are no longer serving you.
I recommend going in with the belief that you will set aside at least 10 minutes a day to participate in the program - either by doing a lesson, putting an exercise into practice, or asking for support.
I'm so confident that this program will truly change the way that you experience life in the most liberating way that I have a satisfaction guaranteed policy.
If you commit to following the program (spending at least 10-15 minutes each day doing a lesson or exercise or utilizing the community forum and/or group coaching calls to reach out for support and for help problem-solving any time something is feeling hard) and at the end of the program you truly don't feel like it was worth the investment, I will refund every penny. Your success and satisfaction are very important to me. Part of this program is about letting go of people-pleasing, and this space is a great place to practice that. I encourage open dialogue and feedback at any point during the program if you are unhappy with the experience so that we can get to the root of what isn’t working for you and identify what needs to happen to create a positive experience. To encourage feedback, I send a monthly survey to check-in.
When you sign up for this program, you are making a commitment to yourself to prioritize what you need to create the change you've been wanting and ultimately that requires you to choose to make time for you. In order to keep you accountable and to help you to work through the parts that feel hard rather than give up, that's why I require that you demonstrate that you have consistently asked for help and given feedback in order to be eligible for a refund. ❤️
Integrative change work feels like magic, but it uses a variety of evidence-based techniques (from modalities like neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), EFT, etc.) to change patterns and habits at the unconscious level. It’s seriously the coolest. 🤩 The best part is that it’s fun and conversational.
Integrative change work is about empowering YOU with an understanding of how your brain works and equipping you with tools to understand how to calm your nervous system, identify unconscious patterns and habits that aren’t working for you, and to reprogram your brain so that you can create the change you want on an emotional, physical, and mental level.
